on both Win 8 32-bit and 64-bit with Nightly

STR

1. Open Firefox in Metro mode
2. Go to http://dolske.net/mozilla/tests/prompt/sizes.html
3. Put it in Snapped View, and then select all 3: prompt, confirm, alert

AR: in the attached screenshot, can be seen an issue with the render of the overlay scrollbars in Metro mode

ER: there shouldn't be any issues with the render of the overlay scrollbars in Metro mode

This issue is also reproducible with latest Holly build from 2013-12-04 on Win 8.1 Pro 64-bit.
Summary: Defect - Theme tab-modal prompts - issue with the render of the overlay scrollbars in Metro mode → Theme tab-modal prompts - issue with the render of the overlay scrollbars in Metro mode

On OSX up until (and including) version 10.7, overlay scrollbars behave the same as reported here and this is expected behavior. On 10.8 and above, the scrollbars overlap (see bug 873012). Will need to check what IE does on Metro.
