This is confusing. Here are the steps to reproduce: - click Edit My Entry - enter in a manager's name that does not match their *exact* LDAP name. For example, enter Andy McKay instead of Andrew McKay. - click save I'd expect an error that says "invalid manager name" but instead it reverts back to the old manager with no message. All this time I thought the site was broken! Actually, I was about to report a bug that it was broken but only then realized what the real bug was.
The manager data is no longer user-editable and is, instead, provided by Workday from HR.
