Was asked to contact: UPS Web Products Help Desk at 1-877-289-6418 reference case number 37336612.
Spoke with them today but they are not able to direct to the appropriate person/team in UPS. Going to try twitter.

Response: they are testing the detection changes for bugs and choosing style sheets. :)

This issue is on the work list that gets prioritized for each release. It is not currently on the schedule for the next release. They will keep us posted.
