945501 - create "Firefox :: Developer Tools: User Stories" component and enable the User Story extension on this component

We would like to have a new component created:

Firefox :: Developer Tools :: User Stories

and have the functionality of Bug 879385 enabled under this component, i.e. have a user story field where we can store the user story and be able to edit it over the lifetime of the user story.

The name of the component - User Stories
The product it should go in - Firefox :: Developer Tools
A longer description - User Stories For Developer Tools
Normally we default the assignee to be '[e-mail]' - that's fine
Same as above for QA contact - same
Email addresses for whoever should be CC-ed to every bug in the component (optional, use of component watching is recommended instead of a default CC list) - none, prefer to allow component watching
Any flags (bug and/or attachment) that will need to be visible for bugs against the new component. - inherit from parent component, make sure pm-scrub flag is enabled
The list of suggested reviewers for the review flag (optional, uses the product's review suggestions by default) - none

Custom user story Field: please use same specs as used in Bug 879385.

The visibility of the field itself is a code related change and will not show up until we can do a site update which
will be either this week or next at the latest.
