When an icon on the homescreen has been tapped, the icon flashes blue momentarily to signify that it has been tapped. If the user simultaneously taps an icon and makes a swiping gesture, they can cause the icon to remain highlighted permanently. This can be exploited to cause multiple icons to simultaneoulsy appear to be highlighted.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131126004001
2) Navigate to Homescreen.
3) Rapidly tap an icon with one finger while simultaneously making a swype gesture with another finger.
Actual:
The icon becomes highlighted, and remains highlighted until it is tapped again.
Expected:
The icon flashes blue when it is tapped, and then returns to the normal color.

This issue can be reproduced using only a single finger, however I had much more reliable success when using two fingers, as noted in the repro steps.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.
As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
