User story: As a user, I want the option to unmount my external SD card so that I am sure it is not damaged when I try to remove it from the device. I also want to be able to mount an unmounted SD card.

Since "storageStatus" API is landed(bug971615), Gaia is able to reach all of the device status. I think we have to implement a state machine to identify needed storage behaviour in this feature.
