Copy the download link of a file. 2. Open Download Manager. 3. Paste the download link. Expected: The download starts. Actual: Paste button is disabled so the download link cannot be copied in the download manager. Note: This bug is intermittent and seems to reproduce easily using the Nightly build. The occurrence of the bug is around 33%.

I managed to reproduce this bug on Fx 25 and Fx20.

The issue is no longer reproducible with the latest Firefox 124.0.1 build on Windows10 x64. Therefore, I am closing this as WFM.
