User Story:
As a user, when an app is deleted, I want the deleted app's datastore permissions to be revoked so that I can control datastore access in the event that I reinstall the same app.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. If an app is deleted, permissions associated with that app's access to datastores are revoked such that if that app is later installed again, the user would be reprompted at time of datastore access.
2. If an app is deleted, the application no longer displays in the Settings permissions list.
