I hope this is what you need:

Virtualenv documentation is here:
http://bedrock.readthedocs.org/en/latest/install.html

This needs to be audited to include any changes now that bedrock requires a DB.

The actual files are in this dir:

Josh - has this been audited to include the new DB stuff. If not can we get this added soon. I want to prevent new contributors getting blocked during an install.
