While I'm waiting on the databases to be created (bug 1023555 and bug 1023561) I've started work on this bug...

I'm sure you know this, but gecko.git is very sensitive, so please make sure to doublecheck with me and/or hwine before the cutover.
I'm going to get the l10n work done first (bug 962863), together with getting gecko-projects and gecko-dev publishing mappings and git notes (bug 1027167), and then I'll cover this gecko-git piece after that.
