Details
All the editor dialogs except Insert HTML (which Charley just fixed) have broken
in the last day or two in the following way: when I invoke them (e.g. click on
the link icon on the toolbar to get the link dialog), I see a very small dialog
pop up, then before it draws, the window disappears and never comes back. This
happens on the link, image, and target dialogs, probably on others. The insert
html dialog comes up way too small but does draw, and if I resize it big enough
to show the OK and cancel buttons, they work; the initial size is also a bug but
not as serious as the other dialogs not staying posted.
Charley says that they're working on Windows and Mac, so this regression must be
linux only.

M8 blocker -- this makes it impossible to use a lot of the editor functionality.

this is fixed too.. akkana had a few other issues with it but she was going to
update her tree and verify.

intrinsic sizing is now on and this now works

the dialogs are all a nice happy size now. marking verified based on
1999-07-14-08 RedHat Linux 5.2 kernel 2.2.9
