Often as part of my work I need to identify some offending script and provide a URI to others. Naturally I end up in the debugger and want to right-click on a script name and just copy the full URI to my clipboard. Chrome exposes this as "Copy link address" in the sources panel.

Desired behavior:
1) Open Debugger panel
2) Right click on script name
3) Have context-menu option to copy script URI to clipboard
