Details

While Lightning is happy to display times in 12 hour format, the add event flying times are in 24hour format. see http://s3.amazonaws.com/satisfaction-production/s3_images/286564/Military_time_in_New_Event_Box.jpg later OSX post in the URL demonstrate the action in question.
