Currently the bad recipient markers are absolutely positioned. While this works, this is also overkill, and we should be able to do better.

(got feedback+ from Steve in Bug 943183).
A github PR is at https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/pull/14046
This is currently blocked by bug 943228, unless someone finds that something is wrong in this patch.

The marker design has changed overtime and the absolute layout makes more sense now because the marker itself needs to be a block to get its rounded border.
