this looks bad, I could reproduce just now on Win8, looks like a regression to me. Changing folder and coming back the problem solves, so it's a temporary view problem.

I can't reproduce this on latest nightly on Mac, nor have I heard anything like it recently. The bookmarks get either the generic icon, or the bookmark associated with the site. Marking as WFM, if it is still occurring, please feel free to re-open and add more steps.
