When you bring a contextual menu up for a folder in the personal toolbar you can
edit or do whatever to that folder but you cant get a contextual menu for the
items in the folder

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.right click on a folder in the personl toolbar
2.then right click on an item in the new window
3.a contexual menu will come up for that folder item

this is what I want to happen
for the "Steps to Reproduce:"

er Those steps are wrong

1.left click on a folder in the personal toolbar
2.then right click on an item the new expanded window
3.a contextual menu appears for that item
