We have some important bug fixes in the 4.4 branch, especially about DBI 1.630 being incorrectly detected by checksetup.pl, making it impossible to install/upgrade Bugzilla; but also about $ENV{PROJECT} being ignored with mod_perl, breaking all multi-installations with mod_perl enabled (regression); and token validation problems in process_bug.cgi which were only partially fixed in the 2nd tarball of 4.4.1 (regression; I hope you remember this mess).

It also makes sense to release 4.5.2 as it has some important new features since 4.5.1, especially comment tagging, new/old blockers and depending bugs being listed in bugmails, graphical reports which are now able to display UTF8 characters correctly, SSL connections for MySQL, multi-select fields are now available in tabular and graphical reports + the fixes mentioned above about 4.4.2.

Err... since when do we have relnotes for a dev snapshot? This page doesn't mention 4.5.x at all (and also misses 4.4.2), so this item should be hidden till we reach 5.0rc1, i.e. till we really have relnotes for 5.0.

Same here. And #v44_feat points to features in 4.4, not 5.0.

4.4.2 contains no perf improvements. Only bug fixes.

Relnotes for 4.5.2 contains changes specific to 5.0 in the 4.4 section, such as Memcached. This is going to confuse some people. Simply omit these relnotes for now, till we reach 5.0rc1.
