Re-assigning to Eric. Given what he's been working on (namely boxes AND
scrollbars), it makes more sense for him to field this one.
Eric, I did in theory add support for scrolling to the <box> tag. You should
test it and see if what I did actually works. The big thing that needs to be
fixed, however, is that scrolling support needs to also be added to the <window>
tag.
So make sure that <box> and <window> support the CSS overflow stuff.

This is fixed but the build is red. I will check it in as soon as it goes green
and mark this fixed.

checked on win, mac and linux -- there is indeed a vertical scrollbar on all 3
platforms and is does indeed work.
