When printing an HTML table, the first cell of a 2 column, multi-row table
defined in HTML using <table BORDER CELLPADDING=5> will not have the border
drawn.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Display the attached HTML doc in the browser
2.Select print


Actual Results:  None of the border lines are printed for the first cell of the
table.

Expected Results:  Box printed around the first cell.

This table is correctly printed using Mozilla 0.9.1 baseline.  Theprint style of
tables changed somewhere between Mozilla 0.9.1 and 0.9.2.  Version 0.9.1 printed
(and displayed) the table similar to Netscape 4.72 with the 3D effect; versions
0.9.2 and 0.9.3 are printing (and displaying) the tables flat (no 3D effect). 
Will attach a shapshot of the display differences also.

reassign to dcone.

Using Mozilla 1.0 on Linux, verified mysterious fixing of table printing
problem.  Please pass along my thanks to the ghost that fixed that problem.
