Details

1. flash OEM build 2. download an engineering ril build 3. flash the ril using the fullflash script 4. go to settings -> device info -> reset phone Expected:phone will reboot Actual: there's no webapps in data/local/webapps nor system/b2g/webapps so the phone won't boot since there is no homescreen app.
