When the user is creating a new tweet, the text field for the tweet does not occupy the available screen space. Over half of the screen is blank grey space.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131126004001
2) Launch Twitter App.
3) Tap on the Pen and Paper icon to create a new tweet.
4) Observe blank space on new Tweet page.

Actual:
Roughly 60% of the screen is blank space.

Expected:
Text field and icons occupy full available space, and resize when keyboard is prompted.

This issue occurs in all versions of Twitter: E.ME, Browser, and Marketplace App.

Issue still persists on Inari v1.1, Keon v1.2, and Peak v1.3.  I also noticed that depending on the size of the screen, the grey space size is different.  Since the Peak has a larger screen than the Inari, the grey space is twice as large.  

Jeremy,  any updates?  Will this be fixed by the end of 14Q1?
