From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.3+) Gecko/20010810 BuildID: 2001081005 Please put back the little graphic buttons on Mozilla Help window like those in the browser window. The toolbar handle is lacking triangle twisty graphic too. Changing "Pref -> Appearance -> Show toolbar as" setting won't help.
After deleting all Moz files and reinstall Moz, the problem was gone... Sorry for the troubles caused... Marking WFM...
