Composer 0809 trunk windows, not seen on 4.x

steps:
1 launch composer
2 add a word, highlight it, add a link
3 hit ENTER
4 type another word, highlight just this word and click on the LINK button
observe that the link on the first line also gets selected and you cannot just
change the linked text for the second line only (unless you right click and do
 'remove links').
????
This is not what I suggested in bug 94398 as a RFE. I suggested an RFE for
making Enter/Return automatically terminate a link.
I don't think the behavior described here is a bug.
Simon? Kathy?
Kevin, is this the problem that you mentioned in the other bug?
Charley this is not an RFE...this is a valid bug and a difference between
4.x and 6.x.
Please see discussions in bug 94398. I don't think this is a valid bug.
I filed bugs to automatically terminate a link when Enter/Return key is pressed:
Bug 99090.
This will split the link in to separate <a> tags, so when the second line is
selected, its HREF can be changed to a different URL.
Resolving this by futuring the bug; it will be fixed automatically when 99090 is
fixed.

Bulk reopening incorrectly expired bugs - no activity does not constitute no bug - these need proper checking.
