I will be announcing this one last time on the Engineering meeting before going ahead with it.

I've announced it on dev.b2g, dev.platform as well as the weekly Monday meeting.

The main reason for Win7 testing is to stop running jobs on the rev3 minis. After that, we can decommission them.
