User Story

Write MDN post about IARC (benefits, free of charge, offer in broader set of markets)
- Should not be editable by community (regulatory) - Needs to be locked to Mozilla for editing
- David Bialer is the product manager who can share what it is for and how it works

David B:
- what is the workflow?
- what if a developer already has a rating in one of the countries?
- what if a developer does not want to list their app in one of the countries providing ratings (Germany, Brazil)
- what if a developer has a "global" app? what ratings system?
- what happens if a new ratings system is added for an app that is already live and wants to be live in that country?
there are other questions... (Lisa Brewster, Karen W) :-)

I am happy to help with editing this, or even writing it up, if David provides some notes to explain the above points. This will sit happily in the MDN Marketplace zone (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Marketplace.)

The only thing I am unsure about is whether we can lock specific articles on MDN so they can't be edited except by Moz internals. Do you know if we can do that Ali? I can understand why you'd want to do that in some cases.
MDN page drafted by David B on Dec 11. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Marketplace/Submission/Submitting_an_app/Rating_Your_Content Approved by Kward and Mika. David please make this final published version.

I have:

* given the article a copy edit, and cleared up a couple of minor styling issues
* moved the article to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Marketplace/Submission/Rating_Your_Content, as I didn't thinking the extra level of hierarchy was really necessary (it will redirect from the old URL)
* included the article inside the left hand persistent menu (open the "App submission and review" drop down to see what I mean)
