extensions/widgetutils isn't referenced by any tree configurations. It fails to compile and apparently has failed to compile since at least bug 568691 landed in 2010. Let's nuke it from orbit.

It isn't referenced anywhere and compilation has been broken since 2010,
implying that nobody uses it.
