For the last few months of nightlies now: Easily seen on Linux, but if you move your Windows taskbar somewhere else and maximize the browser window you can see this too: move your mouse over a taskbar icon. This should show a tooltip, but generally doesn't. If it does, try moving your mouse a little lower over the button. Resize your window so it's off from the bottom and move your mouse over a taskbar icon to confirm that tooltips in general (and specifically on the button you were testing on) still work.
