Description:
When trying to open a hyperlink from a webpage, the link doesn't work

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri 1.3 Aurora Moz RIL to BuildID: 20131210004003
2) From the browser open the page "http://www.wowza.com/html/mobile.html" (without quotes)
3) Open the rtsp link

Actual:
Tapping don't respond and the link doesn't open

Expected:
The link opens the RTSP file and video is played

Hi, Jason,

Thanks for your help.
This is V1.3 feature but developer cannot complete it on time.
So, I think we need to postpone it to V1.4.

Hi sarsenyev,
Bug 884702, 947132 and 928332 all together support rtsp in <a> tag, such as <a href="rtsp://someurl">.
They are landed to v1.3 on 12/11, and I noticed your build is 12/10.
So using the latest build should resolve this issue.

William mentioned about bug 945603, which will support rtsp in URL bar. This feature will be in v1.4.
