This issue does not reproduce on the latest 1.2 Buri build, but does reproduce on both the latest 1.3 and 1.4 builds.

This issue is still reproducing on the latest Mozilla 1.3 Buri build, but does NOT occur on the latest 1.4.

On 1.3, the device is behaving exactly as stated in Comment 0.

bug 947033 is not yet uplifted on v1.3.
