I think for us poor dialup access users it might be helpful to have download
dialog windows automatically pause the download on disconnect, instead of have
it give an error message and close the download dialog.
Just think how annoying it is every time you've lost your connection and the
progress bar is hovering around the 95% mark...
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start downloading a zip file
2. Manually disconnect (or wait til the sh*tty ISP drops the connection)
3. Watch the download dialog give an error, and close the window.
Actual Results: Reconnected, and the almost-completed download had to start
from scratch.
Expected Results: The download dialog should have automatically pause the
download, thus giving the user a chance to resume downloading the file on reconnect.
