You'll need to create a free account at www.blogger.com. Then create a new blog.
When you get the blog created, go to the "Edit Your Blog" page. Compare this
page in IE and Mozilla. The page looks great in IE. It looks really bad in
Mozilla, and some buttons are missing. I'm attaching two screen shots to save
you the trouble of signing up yourselves.

I filed bug 95396 on a blogger issue too.

The size of the textbox for posting is too small, and when it is filled, the 
buttons disappear.

Steve, does the problem still exist? The page lookes totally different, so maybe
this went away with the new layout?

Yes, the problem still exists. The page looks pretty much the same as when I
attached the bitmap.

thus i didn't file a new bug.

This has been fixed with the new Blogger interface.  It is no longer a problem.
