master + mozilla-central on nexus 4, build from 10/10

i touch it 3 times with no response, and it finally pops up the keyboard.

i tried other inputs, and no delay, so i suspect it's not keyboard.
similar issue with settings checkboxes. bug 948809.
Blocks: fxos-papercuts
Still seeing this on the e.me input box regularly. Doesn't matter whether e.me is inactive or active.
I think it's unlikely that we will fix this since shipping the vertical home screen.
