Staps To Reproduce:
1. Open https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/mydeveloperworks/blogs/bobleah/resource/d_and_d.html?lang=en
2. Drag an image to bottom pane and vice versa
Actual Results:
Dropped image open as an image document
Expected Results:
Dropped image should be moved at right place

I cannot reproduce the problem with STR of comment#0, and comment#1
And I verified that the problem was fixed.
