Update test_music.py file to be more explicit about failing to play the mp3 file

If this test fails because the mp3 file (codec) was not played properly we want to be clear that it is because of the mp3 file.
Some tasks for this:
* Update the filename to both describe the test case and include 'mp3'
* Update the assertion messages to be clear when it is the mp3 file fails and when the UI fails
