Build: 29.0a1 (2013-12-11)
Environment: Mac OS X 10.9
In my Customize Menu the Quit button is moved over to the far-right.
I checked with a couple other Mozillians and it appears to be in the normal place for them.
The Quit button them moves into a normal position when in Customize mode, but returns to it's misaligned place upon exit.w

Are you opening the panel next to the edge of your screen? Then this is just another incarnation of the bugs we have with moving panels to adjust to the screen (it shrinks the panel and so it kills padding on the right - other stuff is misaligned, too, in your screenshot).

Yes, I did. That's the root problem.

Bug 874792 should help with this, but marking this as P3 because I don't think this is shippable and I'm not sure if bug 874792 will actually fix it or not.
Depends on: 874792
Summary: Quit Button in "Customize and Control UX" drop-down is misaligned → Menu panel (padding) gets cut off on the right on OS X when opened next to the edge of the screen
