On the page above from the NY Times, there is a box about half way down with the
title "OTHER RESOURCES" that is used for looking up stock quotes. It is a form
called "getquotes". It has an image input element that should be drawn
immediately to the right of the text input element. Instead it is drawn about
two inches higher on the page and is obscuring some of the text of the story.
The name of the image is formArrow.gif and it looks like a white greater-than
sign on a blue disk. The form is contained in a table.

To reproduce:
1) Load the above page.
2) See that the white-angle-braket-on-a-blue-disk image is about two inches
higher than it should be.

This page looks ok in NN4 and Opera.

Tested with Mozilla trunk build 2001081106 on Linux.
This is because of mostfreq bug 55086 - "INPUT and TEXTAREA control's value
misplaced on reflow"

See one of it's dupes, bug 92067 which is almost this exact instance.
