Description:
Error page opens with "Forbidden page" but doesn't indicate a user about the error due to an expired certification
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20131210004003
2) Open the "Browser" from the home screen
3) Tap on the URL bar and type: https://summitbook.mozilla.org/
4) Observe the error page
Actual:
The Forbidden page opens
Expected:
The error page is indicating the user that the error was due to an expired certification

Does the cert error page ever appear on any of the cert test cases on http://jds2501.github.io/webapi-permissions-tests/webapi_permissions_test.html? Specifically, test this in the browser with unknown cert site & self-signed cert site.
Also - if you do a clean flash of the device & go to https://summitbook.mozilla.org/ - does the cert error page appear?

I cannot reproduce the issue anymore, the "Untrunsted connection page is loading everytime after I reflashed the device

In that case, this is a dupe of bug 858730.
