Details

Some helper applications can deal with URLs directly.  It would be nice if the
dialog that lets the user select what to do with an unknown MIME type would
provide a new option to invoke a helper application with a URL as a command line
argument, rather than the normal process of downloading the content to a
temporary file then giving that file as the argument.
