STR
1. Go to http://jds2501.github.io/webapi-permissions-tests/webapi_permissions_test.html
2. Add this page to the homescreen
3. Launch the bookmarked page from the homescreen
4. Share permissions for geolocation
5. Accept permissions
6. Kill the homescreen page
7. Launch the bookmarked page from the homescreen
8. Share permissions for geolocation
Expected
A permission prompt should appear.
Actual
No permission prompt appears - the permissions are granted. This implies that session-based permissions are being persisted even if a bookmarked web page is killed & re-launched. We should kill the associated session for a bookmarked web page when the bookmarked web page process is killed.

This sounds like a FxOS issue and not like something for the Permission Manager, but I guess at this point it doesn't matter anymore.
