Steps to reproduce:

【Detail Description*】: the call number can not match
【Repro Steps*】：
1.new a contact ,the number is  "13801001111" with the name "A".
2.make a call of the number is "13801001111". We can see the "A" in the call_log interface.
3.delete the contact "A".
4.new a contact ,the number is  "008613801001111" with the name "B".
5.open the  call_log interface and check the interface. the call_log interface  shows "13801001111" ,not "B"
6.make a call of the number is "13801001111". We can see the "B" in the callscreen.
7.but in the call_log,there is still the 13801001111.
【Expect Result*】：the call number can match.
【Real Result*】：the call number can not match.

Have you tried killing the dialer app and check again?

  If kill the dialer app ,the call_log will be normal.

This issue does NOT reproduce for me on the 12/13 1.3 or Master M-C (1.4) builds on Buri.

Removing 1.3 nom as this does not reproduce.
