The right-click context menu is broken in build 2001081208.  Right-clicking on
any link does not bring up the context menu.  You can still middle-click to open
in new window, but you cannot pull the menu up to select 'Open in New Window'

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any URI [http://www.mozilla.org for example]
2. Right-click on a link.

Actual Results:  Nothing happens other than the link becoming 'active'.

Expected Results:  The right-click context menu should appear.

This is a dupe of bug #94990.  [I just went looking for it manually instead of
doing a search.]  Marking as such.
