950160 - Version bumps for Yahoo! partner builds for Firefox 27

We get a massive diff from Yahoo! every release cycle that essentially amounts to bumping the version number and search codes. This is entirely predictable, so I wrote a script that Mozilla can run to do the bumps as early in the next cycle as we want:

I've attached the output of the script for the bump from 26 -> 27. If we're comfortable that this looks good, I'd love to just to land this bump now, and then have this happen automatically after every release in the future.

Sunil: if you ever need to change something aside from the version number (e.g. like the search icon that changed for Firefox 26), you would still need to submit a patch, albeit a smaller one.

Hi Chris,
  Sorry I was on leave, happen to see the bug lately.
  Drafted process seems to be good. We can go ahead with this.
 Small clarification needed. When we share the patch, do Mozilla want us to bump up the version? I wouldn't say it as version bump. It would be version sync. As you know some time, multiple builds for same firefox version also requested (To address some p0 bug or new features in toolbar).

Looks good to me.  Is the plan to simply run this after we've tagged/branched?  How would this work with point releases?
