9502 - [PP]Win95/98 only CreateProfileWizard is blank

Overview Description: The Create Profile Wizard is blank and does not allow for
data entry.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Delete mozregistry.dat
2) Launch apprunner
3) Create Profile Wizard comes up- blank
Actual Results: Blank screen, not able to create profile, close that window and
apprunner comes up blank also-with word blank in  upper left corner of window
Expected Results: Create Profile Wizard

Build Date & Platform Bug Found: 1999070908 Win 95 and 98- NOT NT or Mac or
Linux
Additional Builds and Platforms Tested On: WinNT, Mac, Linux are all ok

Error message on console reads: CSS Loader::LoadAgentSheet...failed to get
converter screen open of resource:/res/ua.css  failed error 80500001

This is a dup of a peterl bug I believe.

This is because of build pulled on top an earlier build.

Deleted previous build and reinstalled, working fine now

Moving all Profile Manager bugs to new Profile Manager Backend component.
Profile Manager component to be deleted.
