1. looking at the settings -> device info
Expected: 1.4.0.0
Actual : it states that the OS is 1.3.0.0

Found in triage. Thanks for catching, this should have been done as part of migration work, so moving to correct component, and linking up the bugs.

I added it to the bottom of https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReleaseEngineering:MergeDuty#Aurora_is_an_even_numbered_Gecko_version , so it's tracked *somewhere* at least.
