Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/28.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20131209053402
Steps to reproduce:
I have a VAIO Duo 11 laptop/tablet convertible. When I
1. start Nightly on the desktop
2. flip down the screen to make put laptop into "tablet mode" (keyboard is under screen)
Actual results:
3. No matter whether Nightly was active or, minimized or windowed, the Metro version starts
Expected results:
This is most likely due to bug 924860 - but it's outright annoying. For example, I open Nighlty on the Desktop, do some other stuff, forget that Firefox is still running, then I want to pause working, I flip the screen down (e.g. for transport), and I'm greeted by the Nightly Metro start screen. When I flip the screen down, no program should start automatically unless I want it to (not sure what the use case would be).

The auto-switching feature was turned off in bug 940677, which landed in Nightly builds three days ago, and in Aurora builds starting today.
