Too many step skipped
1. adb reboot recovery
2. wipe cache partition
3. adb reboot recovery
4. wipe data/factory reset
5. Open "Settings" -> "Media Storage"
6. Set "Default media location" to "SD Card Storage 2"
7. Open "Camera" and crashes
