9507 - Bookmarks don't show up in the Manage Bookmarks window view

*Summary
	In the Manage bookmarks window view, there are no bookmarks. Even after you get the window to display properly(column
headers appear), the content never shows up.

*Build info
	All platforms (MacOS, WinNT, Linux) as of the 1999070910 builds.

*Expected
	Upon opening the window you should be presented with all of your bookmarks in a nice orderly fashion. You should then be
able to manipulate them in the typical manner.

*Actual
	The window appears at quirky sizes on each platform and takes manipulation before the content appears. When column
headers finally show up(the only other content that isn't a bookmark), the columns are empty and contain no bookmarks
whatsoever.

*Additional info
	This bug is probably very related to bug 9505 as the showed up at the smae time and both result in disapearing
bookmarks. I have no way of independently verifying new bookmark creation because of there is no no accessibility in the
product.
