950979 - color picker tooltip does not refresh on reload

If I load a page, inspect an element with a background color, then change the background color using the color picker tooltip, then the color is changed.

If I then reload the page, although the color of the element in the page is reverted back to the original, the color picker tooltip is not - it remains the color I selected.

In case that isn't clear, I've added an attachment to show what I mean.

This is, I believe, another use case of what happens in bug 942297, except that here, it not only happens in the style attribute, but in any rule.
And it's not related to the color picker, try changing any property on any element, then refresh, you'll see that the page looks right after refresh, but the rule view contains the value that you typed before refresh.

I just tested again now that bug 942297 is resolved. Test is successful.
Closing this as a dup.
