The onring screen for Alarms and Timers is not reliable. When an Alarm or a Timer notification goes off, sometimes the new window does not get focus, even though it is using the 'attention' window.open feature. A top edge swipe will pull up the new window. Saw this on Tarako device this morning. Each of the six times I hit [snooze], I had to do it twice.
