Some forms have the `autocomplete=off` attribute, which prevents autocomplete.
This also prevents the password manager from prompting to save the password. This is desirable behavior, but many don't(example[1]).
Many hackish workarounds[2] have sprung up over the years.
Could there be an about:config option that overrides autocomplete=off, prompting the save password dialog on all password fields?
